Have you ever considered the narrative or unfolding story of your design's creation process? This Abstract Story film explores how the process of creating a design can at times be more important than the final resulting creation. This can be true not only because of what new opportunities and insights the artist themselves my learn, but is also true for the viewer or participant of the work ― as the process of seeing the creation of the design unlocks mesmerizing mysteries into the narrative, step-by-step, behind how the work was created. As the film of Abstract Story plays, the viewer cannot help but try to guess where the next line in the drawing will be ― as a result, each new line (a next step in the story) is a new direction and guides the viewer on an incredible journey. Is the way you create your design a beautiful process? What if you could slow it down or speed it up, to view it differently? This is an example where the journey is as important (if not more important) than the destination.
